HamiMandali ("we", "us") is a digital home for churches across Nepal. We take your trust and the trust of your church family seriously. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, and (for admins) email address.
• Your church, family, and zone membership.
• Photos you upload (member, family, church branding).
• Prayer requests, journey notes, and care information your pastor records.
• Basic technical logs (IP, browser) to keep the service secure.

How we use it

• To run your church's HamiMandali space.
• To send you the notifications you've enabled (weekly nudge, prayer answered, events, birthdays, care check-ins).
• To help your pastor care for you well.
• We never sell your data. We never use it for advertising.

Who can see your data

Your data is strictly separated by church. Only your church's admins, pastors, and the members you share with can see it. HamiMandali staff only access data when required to fix a problem or comply with law.

Your choices

• Turn off any notification channel from your profile.
• Ask your pastor to update or remove your information.
• Email us at hello@hamimandali.com to request your data or account deletion.

Children

Children's records (under 13) are managed by their parents or the pastor. We do not let children create their own accounts.

Security

We use modern encryption in transit, row-level security in the database, and access controls so each church only sees its own data. No system is perfectly safe — please choose a strong personal PIN and keep it private.
